1. Any tenant or applicant who wishes to keep a pet shall inform management.
2. A pet addendum signed immediately by the tenant.
3. Common household pets shall include domesticated dogs, cats, and fish.
4. Fish tanks must be less than 5 gallons
5. The size of pet is not specifically limited.  However, owners must be able to maintain control of their pets at all times.
6. All pets must be spayed/nurtured (when appropriate) and vaccinated.
